Hometown

Perry Green Valley Health Care is an Oklahoma family-owned and operated company.  Our roots run deep with a proud legacy of exceptional care and service for six decades and across three generations.  Perry Green Valley Health Care is a hometown name you can trust for skilled nursing and long-term care in Oklahoma.

Our facility is located one half mile from the local hospital and physician clinic.  We are just a short drive to area hospitals in Stillwater, Guthrie, Edmond, and Oklahoma City.

Historic downtown Perry, situated less than a mile from Perry Green Valley, is one of the few genuine town squares still left in America today.  In the center of the beautiful square stands the Noble County Courthouse surrounded by distinctive restaurants, unique shops, and many local businesses.  Perry is home to family-friendly fun including the historic Cherokee Strip Museum, Rose Hill School, Perry Lake and CCC Lake and Park for outdoor recreation including boating, fishing and camping.  There’s lots to see and do in Perry with city-wide events such as the annual Cherokee Strip Celebration, which boasts the longest running parade in Oklahoma, Springfest and Hops Car Show, Friday Food Trucks and other local activities.

This is an awesome place to work!  We have wonderful family ownership, and great managers and staff who have been serving our community for many years.  I also appreciate the excellent continuing education program offered to our employees.
